Take a break from the bustle and find your calm with the help of some adorable furry friends. This feel-good yoga flow is designed to help you unwind, move gently, and soak up the joy of doggie cuddles.

After class, stay for a post-flow coffee, matcha or hot chocolate and connect with the other women… because sometimes, the best therapy has four paws and a wagging tail.

Please note: Cancellations received over 72 hours before the event will be refunded at 50%. We’re unable to offer refunds within 72 hours of the event. However, name changes are accepted with prior notice and will not be charged.
